This recipe came to about because I have nut allergies. Not only that, but also because I am extremely aware of the amount sugar and fat that some store bought granola contain. I decided to go into my kitchen and pay around and soon this delicious yet healthy granola recipe became my go to granola at all times.

Ingredients:

2 cup Puffed rice

1/2 cup Breakfast seed mix

1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut

2 Tbs Ghee

1 Tbs Ground Cinnamon

1/4 cup Raw cocoa nibs (Optional)

2 Tbs of Honey (add more should you want it to be sweeter, just note that it will be higher
in calories)

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (excl the cocoa nibs)
  2. Pour mixture into a pan
  3. Bake 30 Minutes in an oven that has been preheated to 160 degrees.
  4. Continually pull out and stir your mixture
  5. After 30 minutes pull out and let cool
  6. Add raw cocoa nibs before decanting it into an airtight container
